Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services’ National Security Portfolio is seeking a versatile and innovative Geospatial Analyst with a strong desire to have a positive impact on National Security. You will use analytic support to an already established web application for big -data visualization that expands over multiple countries and geographic regions. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the client and have a direct impact on the mission.
As a Geospatial Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with data providers to acquire data relevant to the project
- Insert, process, and run SQL queries to produce geospatial layers
- Properly symbolize complex data layers
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Minimum 1 years experience in analyzing geospatial data to identify geospatial and temporal patterns and relationships
- Minimum of 1 year using Python
Desired Skills:
- Experience with deploying Microsoft Azure compute, networking, and storage resources
- Bachelor’s degree
Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $117,000 - $214,300
Colorado: $117,00 - $185,200
New York: $108,500 - $214,300
Washington: $124,700 - $197,300
