We are currently looking for a(n) Team Lead Service Operations (all genders) in our Health course coordination department based in Berlin or working remotely.
Your mission with us:Leading an operational team that ensures that Lingoda is the market leading educational provider in the process of qualifying international health professionals. You’re responsible for delivering outstanding quality in all interactions with all stakeholders involved, including students, health institution employees and government representatives.

Your tasks:

• Leading a team of course coordinators, supporting a multitude of internal and external stakeholders. You set an example for a self-driven team by your attitude and constant benchmarking
• Representing the course coordination team cross-functionally
• Creating and improving operational processes with outstanding quality in mind as well as suggesting improvements in tooling and technical setup
• Improving CRM processes, data and reporting structure from a day-to-day perspective together with relevant teams and stakeholders
• Growing, improving and developing your team

You bring to Lingoda:

• 2+ years in a team leading position, with a minimum of 10 team members, preferably with management in layers
• An approachable and inclusive management style
• You’re used to a constant changing and growing environment where no day is the same as the day before
• You can focus on details but is able to see the bigger picture and bring a solid experience in working with long-term strategies within the customer care and/or operational environment
• A solid experience of process and quality improvements. Bonus for any certifications such as Six Sigma belts or similar
• C2 German and minimum B2 English
• Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot and Dixa) and a sound knowledge of the Google Suite tool landscape
• Nice to have - experience from both B2B and B2C environments
• Nice to have - experience in working with the German government (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Bürgerämter etc)
