Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Development: Lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on HRSD, portals, app engine, and API integrations.

  • Implementation Projects: Drive implementation and customization of HR modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

  • Training: Support team development by identifying areas for improvement and providing tailored guidance.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ as a ServiceNow developer or Tech lead

  • Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform

  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design

  • Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and SASS.  

  • Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.

  • Experience on ServiceNow HR domain

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF
