The Operations & Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations, facilities management, and event coordination functions of a fast-paced Government Affairs office. This position helps ensure a professional, organized, and efficient workplace by managing office logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting facility maintenance, and assisting with onsite and offsite events.

How You Will Contribute

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, preventative upkeep, and facility service requests.

Serve as a key point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers.

Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and workplace resources to ensure operational readiness.

Support office moves, workspace configurations, seating assignments, and onboarding logistics.

Partner with IT and security teams to facilitate workspace setup, badge access, and employee support.

Assist in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming office environment for employees and guests.

Coordinate vendor relationships, scheduling, and service delivery.

Track operational requests and help resolve facility or workplace issues in a timely manner.

Support process improvements that enhance office efficiency and employee experience.

Provide administrative and logistical support across office operations initiatives.

Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, external events, briefings, and stakeholder gatherings.

Coordinate event logistics, including venue preparation, catering, audiovisual needs, room setup, materials, and vendor management.

Provide day-of-event support, including event setup, attendee check-in, troubleshooting, and breakdown.

Maintain event inventory, supplies, and materials to support successful event execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless event experience.
