Business Development Outreach Assistant (Blockchain)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Full-time
  
• 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  
• Monday - Friday
  
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PDT (or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine time)
  
• With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Company/client overview: The client offers Web3 services platform empowering smart contract developers to build feature-rich Web3 applications with seamless access to real-world data, off-chain computation, and cross-chain interoperability across any blockchain, providing global enterprises with a universal gateway to all blockchain.

As a part of our company’s Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of user acquisition and expansion. You will work closely with global business development managers and account executives by driving the lead generation and outreach efforts. This role has a high degree of responsibility, and you will be the first point of contact for people looking to use our company’s tools to enhance their Web3 projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Calling cold leads via the provided dialer or reaching out via email, SMS or Zoom meeting over various platforms.
  
• Set appointments for sales representatives.
  
• Perform basic prospect qualification on the phone and chat.
  
• Update customer notes and records.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience with customer service via phone, email, chat or similar field
  
• Business development/outreach experience is a plus but not required
  
• Experience with Telegram, Discord, Google Sheets and Salesforce
  
• Passion/background for the blockchain space and other verticals (DeFi, GameFi, NFT, Cryptocurrency etc) is a plus but not preferred or required
  
• Extremely organized, responsive, and customer-focused
  
• Able to handle a high volume of work and shifting priorities
  
• Selected applicant should be open for background check
