Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy academic medical center's obstetrical clinic. This role focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient obstetric care to low, medium, and high-risk patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commitment to enhancing patient care and experience
Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP) preferred.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• OB/GYN nursing experience and strong IV skills are a plus.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience is a plus, ideally in an outpatient or ambulatory setting.
• Excellent skills in communication, critical thinking, and time management.
• Ability to multitask and provide quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Function
-Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
-Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
-Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
-Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
-Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
-Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Qualifications
Education Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
