Storekeeper Assistant (ABR)

Voulgaris Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storekeeper Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel units by assisting the storekeeper in managing inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the storekeeper in receiving and inspecting deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of goods
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the storeroom, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored in an organized manner
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill supply requests in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the storekeeper of any shortages or excess stock
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
