Responsibilities for an Activities Assistant with Phoebe Berks:

Responsible for working with community life team and other departments to implement strategies to achieve programming goals assigned to the department; work; responds to and appropriately directs inquiries and requests from residents, staff, repair technicians, families, etc.;  develops and facilitates daily activity programs, special events and off campus trips/activities; reports pertinent information to the administrator; responds to inquiries and requests from residents, staff personnel, etc. Assists with meals in the dining rooms, as needed.

Requirements for an Activities Assistant with Phoebe Berks:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working directly with individuals with dementia preferred.
