In this role, you will serve as the friendly face in our clinic, providing a warm welcome and assistance to patients and visitors while effectively coordinating schedules and managing patient records. This role is for individuals who are detail-orientated, embrace diverse responsibilities, and prioritize patient satisfaction.

QualificationsWhat You’ll be Doing
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, setting the example for positive attitude and exceptional customer service delivery.
Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensuring follow-up and tracking of all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations and reschedules.
Coordinate therapist time off requests and schedule changes
Successfully schedule our patients with the goal of exceeding their expectations timely, convenient, and with the right provider or specialist.
Process new patient enrollments in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of data entry and communication of information to the benefits/billing department.
Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed; includes, but not limited to Notes, Guarantor Balance, POC orders, emergency contact information, patient enrollment and financial information, and referrals.
Answer phones in the capacity of resolving patient concerns, communicating with vendors, and marketing new patient inquiries.
Maintain patient database, updating information as needed.
Perform over-the-counter collections of co-pays, deductibles, and cash payments, following standard operating procedures of tracking, storing, and discarding all information; includes, but not limited to credit card receipts, deposit slips, OTC logs, checks, and cash.
Run various computer-generated statistical and productivity reports as requested and required.
Issue and collect patient satisfaction surveys.
Consistently review all patient documents for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

What You Bring to the Role
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 18 years of age or older
1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
