Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support S4Hana implementation for SAP TM. The ideal candidate will bring 10 + years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements.
Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities such as planning, execution, charge management, freight settlement, and integration with S4HANA.
Provide expertise in both Freight Order Management and Transportation Planning & Execution.
Integrate SAP TM with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP ERP, 3rd Party Systems).
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of TM processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP TM modules.
Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

10+ years of strong SAP TM experience.
Deep understanding of SAP TM architecture and functionalities.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (preferred).
Experience with configuration and customization of SAP TM modules.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, production, warehousing and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other business processes.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues related to SAP TM configuration, data integrity, system performance, and integration points.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
