Senior Revenue Analyst (CPQ)

Job Description

As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front line support to end users of our CPQ system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on the effective utilization of the CPQ platform. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end users seeking assistance with the CPQ system
  • Provide timely and effective front line support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams if necessary

• Training and Onboarding:
  • Conduct training sessions for new users to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain training materials, documentation, and FAQs to empower users with self-help resources
  • Identify opportunities for additional training and continuous improvement

• User Feedback and Improvement:
  • Gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the CPQ system
  • Collaborate with the development team to communicate user requirements and contribute to the enhancement of the CPQ platform

• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Product Development, to ensure alignment between business processes and CPQ system functionality
  • Foster positive relationships with end users to enhance overall user satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on CPQ system support
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes and configuration.  Oracle specific experience a plus
• Strong understanding of SFDC process and configuration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
