Tarantino is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team for an apartment community in North Houston, The Landing at Northpoint.   

You’ll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities

· Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood

· Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

· Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

· Available to work for a few hours on Saturdays
