School-Age Soccer Coach - Weekday Afternoons (Signing Bonus)

What You’ll Do

1. Lead 30- to 60-minute classes for ages 1-10, delivering our non-competitive, play-based curriculum.
2. Guarantee safety and fun—every child engaged, learning, and smiling.
3. Bring the energy. Use positive reinforcement and creative games to keep kids excited.
4. Keep improving. Attend ongoing workshops and embrace feedback from senior staff.

When You’ll Work

Pick one shift or mix and match (approx. 10-15 hrs/week):

• Weekday Afternoons - Mon-Fri - 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM (PRIORITY)
  *Coaches available to work all afternoon shifts for the full 6-week fall season qualify for a signing bonus.
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• Big, outgoing personality and genuine love for kids.
• Comfort coaching ages 6-10 (experience as a coach, camp counselor, teacher, sitter, etc. a plus).
• Passion for soccer and readiness to learn age-appropriate drills.
• Clear, friendly communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid U.S. work authorization.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
