The Role

This role involves maintaining comprehensive solutions for reporting, trending, and analysis of performance metrics for a workforce of approximately 2,500 technicians. The individual frequently contributes to the development of new processes and methods, uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices, and serves as an internal expert.

Work Location

This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

• Frequently contributes to the development of new processes and methods.
• Develops resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity
• Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
• Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment.
• Work is accomplished without considerable direction.
• Maintain and improve upon existing performance management applications.
• Technical skillsets needed include SQL, PHP, jQuery.  
• Experience preferred in MySQL and/or BigQuery
• Serve as a consultant to and provide data-driven insights to the operations management team, legal team, and labor relations team.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 4+ years related experience with Bachelors.
• 2+ years demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, programming languages, cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
