**You will primarily serve the Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Santa Ynez, and Lompoc areas. On occasion, there may be an opportunity to travel to additional locations**

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Install, repair, and/or run updates on Everi products on location at casinos.
• Check in with our customers and our devices to ensure they are running smoothly; Investigate any issues, what those issues might be, and fix problems that arise for our products. Training and other support will be provided, as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of casino property.
• Maintain a Gaming License (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location. Upon hire, Everi internal team members will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
• Help obtained and paid for and/or renewed by Everi upon being selected for the position).
• Ability to take occasional on-call shifts and may need to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Ambitious and motivated individual who loves to learn and is comfortable working independently (following the training period), while being part of a cohesive team.
• Basic understanding of Excel for data entry and paperwork completion.

Nice-to-have's:

• Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26.50- $29.25/per hour and is overtime eligible.
