Job Summary

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead Performance and Direct Response initiatives. In this role, you’ll shape go-to-market strategies and positioning, with a specific focus on advertisers looking to drive measurable outcomes—leads, conversions, sales, and ROI—from their media investments with Universal Ads.
This is a critical, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, sales, measurement, and marketing. You’ll be instrumental in translating our technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for performance marketers, and in enabling our go-to-market teams to acquire, convert, and retain high-value customers.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated positioning and messaging tailored to performance-focused advertisers, grounded in market insights and customer needs.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Own go-to-market plans for new performance-driven features and offerings within Universal Ads Manager.
  • Sales Enablement: Create compelling collateral (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battle cards) to support Sales and Customer Success teams in engaging performance-focused clients.
  • Insights: Conduct market research, source and gather advertisers feedback and partner with product and analytics teams to identify key customer segments, use cases, and performance trends.
  • Product Launches: Partner with Product Management to support launches that enhance targeting, measurement, and optimization capabilities for direct response.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Develop case studies, ROI proof points, and thought leadership content to position the platform.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $96,037.98 USD-$225,089.01 USD

This job can be performed in New York City with a Pay Range of $120,047.47 - $216,085.45

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
