We’re assembling a diverse group of dedicated individuals to move the needle in areas such as digital accessibility, data ethics, DEI, sustainability and startup philanthropy. This team will show that not only should startup growth go together with progress, but also that–with enough grit, ambition and soul–it actually can.<br/>About the roleIn a nutshell. Both society and the planet are in rough shape, and need more companies like Contentsquare to do their part. While there’s plenty of goodwill abound, it won’t be enough.<br/>To succeed, our Impact Team needs a Sustainability Project Associate to strengthen our ability to effectively assess where we stand on sustainability (ex. ESG certifications such as Ecovadis, BCorp, etc.), support other foundational projects and rally our CSquad to take this journey with us.<br/>How you will make an impactSupport operational execution around ESG reporting and certification projects, This means collect answers and supporting documents cross-functionally, supporting team members in the production of new documents and keeping the team abreast of progress<br/>Support the CS Foundation in its digital accessibility advocacy role.<br/>You could be required to help the CS Foundation Director in developing strategic partnerships and lead different communication actions.<br/>Strategic research.<br/>You could be required to carry out various research tasks, for example to build a sector benchmark in order to feed meetings or presentations<br/>Event planning and management.<br/>You will contribute to the preparation of internal events dedicated to sustainability issues such as workshops, offsites or conferences<br/>Who you will be reporting toYou will report directly to Guilhem, our VP Sustainability in a kind of right arm role. However, you may be able to handle certain tasks more independently. That said, sustainability is a team effort. In that regard, you will also regularly participate in meetings with the whole impact team.<br/>About youLoves. The planet and its people. Cheesy, but true.Hates. Greenwashing. With a vengeance.Masters. GTD – Yes, you are completely fluent in Getting Things Done. You have a strong bias towards action, take a meticulous approach to project management and juggle iterations gracefully.Speaks. English. Strong writing skills and basic data literacy in particular will be greatly appreciated.Background. This internship is designed for students currently enrolled in a Masters degree. We are field agnostic for this position, open to candidates from a spectrum as large as Finance to Sociology.
