Job Description

Your contribution to something big

Leading MrP outbound area including all kinds of disciplinary measures.

Organizing, coordinating and improving the logistics processes in MrP outbound area.

Coordinating the logistics processes in the external warehouses

Supporting the implementation of the projects related to the MrP outbound area with professional competence

Constantly improving, and optimizing the resources needed to work in a cost efficient way.

Contributing the competencies development of the employees and providing regular feedback on performance

Monitoring and reporting the KPIs of MrP outbound area. Implementing corrective measures in case of deviations from the target

Participating in process and customer audits and describe the processes for successful performance

Control of inventories, organizing regularly stocktaking activities

Responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are met.

Consultation with the external service providers on strategical issues.

Regularly check and ensure the conditions imposed by HSE within MrP outbound area.

Fully adhering to 5S standards to maintain a clean, orderly, safe, verifiable work environment

Interface to AS/LOG OSD: participation in and coordination of AS wide logistics material flow topics

Disciplinary lead of the local customs specialist in regards of the customs related processes and projects

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

We are looking for  a candidate with technical or economical degree, who has experience in physical logistics. Strong leadership skills, fluent English knowledge and agile working style is required.

German language knowledge is an advantage.
