We are looking for a dedicated COVID-19 vaccinated professional with a heart for the elderly to join our home health team in San Marcos, TX. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay and wonderful team support.

You will provide physical therapy to our patients in assisted and independent living facilities as well as in patient homes. Minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred, along with a proven ability to manage a fast-paced, independent work schedule. Knowledge of HomeCare Homebase EMR software is a plus!

Requirements

Salary: $50.00 - $135.00 per visit

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
