Requirements

Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

• Change out trash liners and hand-pick litter from parking lot surfaces and landscape areas.
• Use a backpack blower to remove debris from storefronts, curb-lines, and corners.
• Clean up and maintain compactor and refuse staging areas.
• Cleaning of interior common window ledges.
• Perform janitorial duties that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming along with replacement of toiletries.
• Perform basic pre-trip inspection of site equipment, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.
• Complete paperwork at the end of each shift.
• Snow Removal (if applicable based on location) and/or Natural Weather Event clean-up.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Groundskeeping – 1 Year.
