Field Representative II, MS Onsite Technical Support

Position Profile:

This position supports high-end equipment (segment 5+) and may include press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, quality control, final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, and mailroom duties. This is an allocated position that exists only when business needs warrant and must be approved by the Regional Director. Reports directly to Managed Services Site Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide copy and mail center services, conference room and AV management, convenience copier fleet management, and other support services.
• Prepare, inspect, compile, and assemble projects accurately and on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting deadlines and productivity metrics.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment; perform basic maintenance (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner).
• Transfer files electronically and ensure error-free output.
• Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies per company guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and organized work area.
• Perform diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on complex office products.
• Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Recommended Skills (Preferred, Training Available):

• SAP software experience (financial inventory tracking).
• Warehouse experience (pulling parts, tracking inventory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Forklift certification (walking stacker use).
• Valid driver’s license.
• DG certification for IATA air shipments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years related experience (5 years preferred).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot technical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Office environment with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
• Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Moderate dexterity and regular use of hand tools and office equipment.
