Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our customer supplying products within Europe: you will be working on it.

 

How do you do this? You are responsible for all administrative and planning activities for our retail customers, making you an important link between our warehouse and our customer. Taking care of writing down all information about an order in our system, monitoring the progress of this order, taking care of the planning for our logistics department and informing our customer are some of the tasks in this position.  You will achieve this by:

• proactively communicating with our customers and colleagues, keeping an overview;
• preparing and planning the outgoing orders for our customer;
• noticing discrepancies in the orders.
