Job Description

This means you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or you can work remotely from most locations within the country listed for this role.

The Measurement Growth Program Manager will manage large-scale projects with high levels of executive visibility that span cross-functional teams within our GPO org. This includes but is not limited to strategic planning, measurement frameworks, media execution, go-to-market efforts, and operational change management that impact LinkedIn across BU’s and globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive stakeholder communication and build strong cross-functional relationships across DGOps, GPO, Marketing BU’s and FP&A
  • Use excellent communication to reach alignment, drive momentum and ensure counterparts are focused on their objectives 
  • Understand the challenges of each BU and identify the correct stakeholders to support
  • Keep projects on-track, and ensure there are best practices in place to scale effectively
  • Ensure teams successfully complete their projects and integrate new structure in Business discourse
  • Provide a scaling framework within BU’s rolling out the projects globally after pilots
  • Provide a playbook on project learnings across BU’s which include LMS, LTS, LSS, Consumer, Premium and Parent Brand teams

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ planning measurement and analytics initiatives such as MMM, Modeled Attribution, Incremental Testing, Power BI dashboards and data hubs
  • 6+ years of experience in program/project management 

  • 2+ years of experience managing large, transformational go-to-market projects/initiatives within an enterprise organization 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and executives on all phases of project development (I.e. defining project/initiative objectives, deliverables, roles & responsibilities, driving execution and reporting outcomes). 

  • Consultative. Operates with a seek to understand mindset, ask thoughtful questions that get to the root of the problem, and help craft solutions that span executive stakeholders to independent contributors. 

  • Execution-driven. Oriented toward not just creating strategies but able to influence and push teams to drive tangible results 

  • Willing to "get into the weeds" to help unblock issues or short-term resource constraints, while also maintaining a 30,000 ft view of the project and a focus on the objective 

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort with using influence instead of authority to drive collaboration 

  • Leadership skills, ability to lead partners consistently through times of uncertainty, pressure, or frustration 

  • Proactiveness and creativity, to offer solutions and new work streams that improves chances of project success. 

  • Comfort with autonomy, and ability to make decisions occasionally without consultation 

  • Detail oriented, comfortable with diving deeply with SMEs into process, technical issues, and other details to gain an understanding required to thoughtfully recommend how to navigate issues as they arise 

  • Experience with strategic planning, marketing operations, product marketing, technology go-to-market initiatives preferred 

  • MBA or consulting experience a plus

The pay range for this role is [$93,000 to $145,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
