Client Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour's unpaid break Scope:

• Client-facing role with external meeting participation
• International development and blended finance sector focus
• Government contracting and private sector coordination
• Latin America market focus (Spanish language advantage, not a requirement)
• Fast-paced environment requiring quick internal coordination

Responsibilities

• Participate in external client calls and represent the company professionally
• Introduce yourself confidently and take pertinent notes during meetings
• Follow meeting discussions and understand what actions need to come next
• Provide excellent follow-up on all client and internal communications
• Coordinate internally with team members quickly and efficiently
• Support CEO and senior advisors during high-level client meetings
• Manage scheduling and coordination for numerous client meetings
• Maintain professional communication standards with external clients

• Business acumen and professional maturity
• Emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent note-taking and follow-up capabilities
• Ability to understand complex business discussions and next steps
• Professional communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Spanish language skills preferred (not required)
• Experience working in fast-paced, senior-level support roles
