Saint Luke’s East in Lee’s Summit is looking for a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our highly supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support both the inpatient and outpatient settings at this location. You will initiate actions to improve nursing practice, patient care and unit processes to ensure our vision, “The best place to get care. The best place to give care.” is maintained. 

 

 

Shift Details: This position is PRN and works as needed. The hours of the Wound Care Clinic are 8 am until 4:30 pm M-F.

  

Responsibilities:   

 

• Perform wound care assessments 

• Demonstrate increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritize appropriately 

• Serve as a day to day resource to colleagues at unit and departmental levels 

• Collaborate with physicians 

• Make Recommendations 

• Assist with quarterly surveys 

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

1 year

Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree
