Summary:

In this role, you will support the execution of the project plan in conjunction with logistics services and solutions initiatives within hospital’s supply chain departments. You will gather and compile internal and external data from qualitative and quantitative sources (e.g., systems, observations, and interviews) and begin to interpret information to identify opportunities. You will conduct detailed analyses to generate strategic insight and identify opportunities for members. You will support the ongoing strategy development, implementation of new supply chain processes from conception, planning, design, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide implementation support of overall value focusing on performance targets and/or operational improvements.
• Collect data from various member source systems (e.g. patient financial, material management, decision support). Conduct analyses on spend, clinical, operational and/or performance improvement related data. 
• Create presentations using data and other relevant inputs (e.g., interviews) to drive an action for member performance improvement.
• Provide support to senior consultants on member engagements including research, development of presentations meeting preparation, status report preparation, issue identification and tracking/updating project budgets.
• Support Subject matter expert (SME) in the areas of service line management, including supply chain operations, inventory management, PAR replenishment, operating room inventory flow, and process maps. Building shelving units within supply areas of the hospitals
• Assist with communication plan with end users and development of supply chain best practices related to logical unit of measure, JIT supply, par management and other supply chain management functions.
• Support collaboration and integration across all Advisory Solutions services.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in a health care environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed. Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLookup and Pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Must be capable of simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
• Ability to travel weekly, Monday through Friday, expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
• Preferred location for this role would be in the Central or Mountain Time Zones.
• The candidate should be able to effectively analyze complex data files, follow a project management plan, learn, and execute supply chain management strategy for the Member that would include distribution management duties.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
