We’re looking for a Director of Migrations to lead a critical transformation in how we deliver ERP data and system conversions. This role will operate at the intersection of data engineering, AI innovation, and enterprise delivery, turning historically complex, one-off migrations into a scalable, automation-first capability.
This is not just a delivery role—it’s a product leadership role. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a migration automation platform that will support hundreds of future customer implementations.
What You’ll Do
Build What’s Next
Define and lead the end-to-end migration automation strategy as a core internal product
Establish the roadmap, tooling, and technical standards for scalable, repeatable ERP migrations
Transform manual, inconsistent conversion processes into highly automated, predictable workflows
Create frameworks for data migration, configuration conversion, validation, reconciliation, and QA
Lead AI-Driven Innovation
Embed AI as a core enabler of migration—not an experiment
Design AI-assisted data mapping to intelligently connect legacy and target systems
Implement AI-powered data cleansing, anomaly detection, and validation workflows
Leverage generative AI to accelerate documentation, test creation, and validation scripting
Establish governance to ensure responsible, compliant AI usage
Provide Deep Technical Leadership
Architect modern data pipelines combining deterministic ETL and AI-driven transformation logic
Apply strong Oracle and PL/SQL expertise to optimize extraction, transformation, and validation
Lead complex ERP conversion scenarios with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Build systems that learn and improve over time using past migration data
Drive Delivery Excellence at Scale
Lead programs that deliver predictable, on-time, high-quality migrations
Define and track key metrics such as automation coverage, mapping accuracy, and defect reduction
Create feedback loops that continuously improve automation and AI models
Partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, data engineering, or platform development (required)
Proven success leading ERP migrations or large-scale data transformation initiatives (required)
Background in SaaS modernization or cloud transformation (required)
Strong expertise in Oracle databases and advanced PL/SQL (required)
Deep, hands-on experience with data engineering, automation frameworks, and modern pipelines
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience)
Demonstrated application of AI/ML in enterprise data environments
Experience driving Agile transformation and modern development practices
Experience with Alteryx or similar analytics platforms
Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and AI-assisted code generation

Paid Time Off: Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Beginning accrual rate equivalent to 22 days per year. 9 holidays which include the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve. Up to 240 hours of PTO can roll over to the following year.
Volunteer Time: 8 hours per year
Retirement: Robust 401K. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service). Employees are 100% vested in Company funded contributions from the date they enter the plan.
