Senior/Lead QA Engineer

Silvertree is seeking creative engineers to help bring our product to life. What you’ll do

• Own Silvertree’s software QA processes across the product life cycle, pre and post-release
• Work with Product and Engineering to generate test cases and document test requirements
• Test and verify the quality of our product and incremental releases
• Help identify and document issues across the tech stack: web, mobile, and firmware
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify and create metrics and dashboards for monitoring new features and releases
• Support across all aspects of early-stage development -- after all, this is a startup!

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA or QAA experience
• Experience generating testing strategy and test case libraries for manual end-to-end tests spanning web, mobile, and hardware-in-the-loop
• Experience with running test automation software (eg: running python testing scripts)
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively
• Familiarity with defining QA and QAA processes

Nice to have:

• Experience with rolling out incremental software updates
• Experience with TestRail
• Familiarity with any kind of querying language (SQL, JQL, InfluxQL etc)
• Familiarity with any of the following languages (javascript/typescript, C, Python)
