SEM-PPC Manager

This position requires 1-day per week onsite in Irvine, CA. All candidates must live within 100 miles of the Irvine, CA office.

This is a hybrid position that requires U.S. residency. All candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 3 days of hire.*

Torklaw is seeking a talented SEM/PPC Manager to help drive targeted traffic to our website and maximize ROI from our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEM/PPC best practices, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and a passion for staying on top of the latest trends and techniques in the industry. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our paid search and display advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEM/PPC strategies that align with Torklaw's business goals.
• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and develop effective targeting strategies to reach our target audience.
• Write compelling ad copy that drive clicks and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and work with the marketing team to implement improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve Torklaw's SEM/PPC performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in SEM/PPC management, preferably in a law firm or other professional services setting
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing SEM/PPC campaigns that deliver positive ROAS.
• Strong understanding of SEM/PPC best practices, including keyword research, targeting, and ad copywriting.
• Proficient in using Google Ads and other SEM/PPC platforms.
• Experience with website optimization and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
