About the role

How you will make an impact

At Hygraph, we’re on a mission for businesses to unlock their content's full potential with our Headless CMS. Companies like Epic Games, Samsung, Dr.Oetker, and Shure rely on Hygraph to deliver unique content-driven experiences.

As our (Senior) Product Marketing Manager at Hygraph, you will help position, launch, and promote Hygraph. Your job is to increase awareness of our product, support sales and marketing, and communicate our value effectively.

You’ll work closely with teams like Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our messaging stays relevant. Your role involves creating compelling stories, sales materials, and thought leadership content that connect with our audience. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll help refine and expand how we communicate Hygraph’s unique advantages.

What you will be working on:

  • Bridge product and customer needs – Clearly explain how Hygraph solves real-world problems better than competitors, especially for marketers, business decision-makers, developers, and IT leaders.

  • Develop clear messaging – Create content tailored to technical audiences (developers, product owners, technical leads) and non-technical audiences (business decision-makers, marketing teams, etc.), ensuring clarity for all.

  • Create engaging content – Write blogs, case studies, and landing pages, host webinars, record videos, and develop materials that highlight Hygraph’s value.

  • Translate technical features into benefits – Work with Product Managers and Engineers to make complex capabilities easy to understand.

  • Engage with customers and developers – Listen to their challenges, identify opportunities, and turn insights into messaging that drives adoption.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B product marketing – Experience marketing software products to technical audiences.

  • Ability to connect with technical stakeholders – Skilled at engaging engineers, product managers, and CTOs to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions.

  • Passion for content creation – Enjoys writing blogs, creating demos, and developing educational resources that inform and inspire.

  • Technical knowledge – Understanding of GraphQL, API ecosystems, and modern application architectures, including headless, composable, and microservices-based solutions.

  • Strong communication skills – A natural communicator who thrives in conversations with customers and internal teams, eager to uncover insights and opportunities. Proficiency in English is required.

  • Problem-solving mindset – Able to grasp technical challenges and clearly articulate how Hygraph delivers effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Content Management space, ideally with experience in headless CMS solutions or related technologies.

  • Hands-on development experience, particularly with modern web development tools and frameworks.

  • Familiarity with digital transformation projects and their impact on enterprise architectures.

  • Experience working with design systems, content operations, or developer tooling.

  • Previous experience managing or mentoring technical marketing or solution-oriented teams.

You should consider applying even if you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role's requirements.
