They are responsible for technical design oversight, build governance, code review, DevOps promotion, unit testing coordination, defect remediation, performance tuning, and release readiness. This resource will deliver technical designs, build/unit‑test evidence, code reviews, transport inputs, defect logs, performance notes, and KT/runbook inputs.
