Salary & Incentives

  • $30 – $42 per hour (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Total compensation potential: $100,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery

  • Document daily treatment notes and track patient progress using our advanced EMR system

  • Collaborate with physical therapists, support staff, and patients to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehab journey

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current California PTA license (or eligibility)

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

  • Passion for patient care and professional growth
