Job Details:

Trim birds of defects according to plant and USDA standards.

Trims birds as indicated by plant marking system, trims sores, scabs, bruising, breast blisters, etc. as needed. Hang birds back that they have observed as questionable in regard to wholesomeness for USDA re-inspection. Backs up neck cutter by removing necks still attached to whole birds. Pin feathers as needed. Pull observable crops and/or windpipes.
