What You’ll Do:
- Oversee property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests & apartment turns
- Manage maintenance staff and vendors
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Provide outstanding service to residents
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
- HVAC experience & EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repair
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to work after-hours as needed
