HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Lead Suspense Management Analyst to join our team in the beautiful Tampa, FL area. 


The Lead Suspense Management Analyst will act as the primary Suspense Manager for the USCENTCOM J5 Directorate. This individual will manage, administer, assign, track, analyze, and report taskers and Requests for Information (RFls) for the J5 Directorate. In addition, the individual will maintain situational awareness of current and planned Strategy, Plans and Policy Directorate capabilities and capacities to allow precise and timely assignment for coordination or development of products for General Officer level review. This individual will also serve as the trainer for the Command's Tasker System and will represent the J5 Directorate in meetings, conferences, briefings, panels, and committees associated with the tasking system. Will manage and conduct CCJ5 senior leadership and action officer training on use of the collaborative Tasker Tool and all associated programs and activities.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinating USCENTCOM official tasking's and RFls.
  • Providing daily coordination with the J5 Assistant Director, J5 Front Office Executive Officers.
  • Managing and coordinating the Information Management process within the J5 Front Office, while collaborating with outside agencies ranging from the Joint Staff to other Combatant Commands.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, assigning, tracking, and managing executive office responses and written correspondence for multiple General Officers in the J5 Directorate.
  • Managing and conducting senior leadership and action officer training on the use of the Command's collaborative tasking system (TMT), and all of its associated programs and activities.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the proper distribution of official taskers and RFls to subordinate divisions, providing timely responses in accordance with established standards.
  • Maintaining and reporting the status of outstanding taskers and RFls to the J5 senior leadership and conducting follow-up actions as required on delinquent actions.
  • Serving as the Directorates focal point for all queries regarding official taskers or RFls.
  • Researching, preparing and presenting briefings and written correspondence as needed to support the training of the entire Directorate in the art of Tasker Management.
  • Serving as the J5 Front Office File Custodian in support of CENTCOM records Management.
  • Assisting with the day to day executive officer and office management responsibilities, in an office occupied by multiple General Officers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
