Cash & Bank (C&B) is an important part of the Book-to-Report (B2R) Service.

• As Global Process Expert of C&B Services you are responsible for product development, project and stakeholder management (internal and external) as well as service design.
• Also, you design, implement and operate global payment solutions for outgoing and incoming payments including organizational aspects.
• In addition, you provide and support solutions for global projects and central / legal requirements including risk management.
• You set and break down KPI targets for cost, performance and quality and derive measures to reach them.
• Finally, you competence management in the area of cash & bank at Bosch group, by functioning in the role of lead trainer for cash & bank topics globally.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in finance and accounting, business informatics, business administration or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: working experience in a cash & bank function especially within banks and/or payment service provider (PSP); experience in finance and accounting; leadership and/or project management experience; SAP ERP knowledge; IT affinity; understanding and know-how of Global Business Services; shared service experience is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: You are an assertive, competent team player and have excellent communication, collaboration and moderation skills across all hierarchy levels with the ability to work result-focused effectively on multiple projects in parallel; your strengths include strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the willingness for self-driven and -initiative acquisition of knowledge and taking responsibility; you have a conceptual, diligent and structured way of working with a strategical, tactical and service mindset; You are able to work under pressure using your conceptual skills; You have a implementation strength and also a intercultural competency; Your customer and process orientation with a view to the legal aspects rounds off your profile
• Languages: business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
