What You'll Do

In the Community:

• Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

In the Office:

• Answer phones and assist caregivers and clients
• Help with recruiting and hiring activities
• Assist with scheduling and staffing
• Maintain employee files and documentation
• Complete data entry and administrative tasks
• Support the office team with day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA License
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
