We’re seeking a Rehab Director to lead our dynamic therapy team in partnership within our highly regarded skilled nursing facility in Union Grove, WI. In this full-time leadership position, you’ll guide a passionate, multidisciplinary team of therapists while collaborating with nursing staff, administration, and community partners. You’ll oversee daily rehab operations, drive quality and compliance, and foster a culture of growth, accountability, and shared purpose. A robust clinical caseload will keep you connected to the clinical side, while your leadership helps drive the big picture.
