With 3 assignments in different teams and great international exposure, the program is tailored to push you out of your comfort zone and empower you to develop yourself to become a future leader.</p><p></p><p><b>Scope of duties – what makes the program unique?</b></p><ul><li>You have a unique entry point and 3 assignments in core business functions throughout the year, namely Investment (Asset) Management, Development, Performance Management, Leasing, Marketing or Shopping Center Management</li><li>You get a chance to lead exciting projects, grow your talent and acquire new skills while receiving personalized career guidance from managers and your mentor</li><li>You have high ownership and you are immediately entrusted with a high level of responsibility while working on business topics from Day 1</li><li>You regularly meet, debate and present your ideas to the top executives and the Board of Directors</li><li>You enjoy the numerous learning opportunities</li><li>You work with highly committed people who are driven by passion and excellence</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Are you the one we are looking for?
