Server - Brew Brothers

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, 
and attentive.
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and 
demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business 
conditions. 
• Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and 
employees, can deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions 
and can work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Responsible for complete and accurate set-up and breakdown of the dining 
room in a timely manner.
• Assure the efficient smooth serving of guests in a timely manner, as outlined 
in the Brews Brothers Playbook.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Protection for our guests from over service by providing for our guests’ needs 
without being overbearing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
MISCELLANEOUS:
• Must be able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Completes all company-required training within designated time periods. 
• must be able to lift 40 pounds

• must be able to work safely in a busy kitchen environment
• must be able to stand, lift, bend, and twist as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED Required. 
• Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino. 
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: 
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
as needed.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
• Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
• Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner at all times.
• Must respect confidentiality to guests and company as sensitive information will 
be given and received.
