To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based:</p><p><strong>Junior HR Talent Sourcer</strong></p><p><strong>The role will:</strong></p><ul> <li>Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels.</li> <li>Support the recruitment process and HR administration tasks.</li> <li>Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines.</li> <li>Manage communication with candidates: scheduling interviews, follow-ups and feedback.</li> <li>Support in preparing job postings and ensure alignment across different job boards and channels.</li> <li>Create reports and provide market insights on talent trends.</li> <li>Support onboarding activities for new hires.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or related field.</li> <li>A master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a plus.</li> <li>Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.</li> <li>Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li> <li>Good writing, communication, and presentation skills in Greek and English.</li> <li>Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team.</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>A competitive remuneration package, including additional health plan and other benefits </li> <li>A modern, dynamic working environment that inspires engagement and teamwork</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth</li> <li>Complete access to all our targeted learning resources</li> <li>All the state-of-the-art tools you need to work</li> <li>A 24/7 support line and complementary events to support your holistic health</li> </ul><p></p><p><em>We encourage a working environment of trust, diversity and safety.
