You will be part of team co-located across Chicago, Madrid, Canada and India.
Job Description
As a Director of SAP Architecture, you will be responsible for managing and executing key transformation projects to advance our ERP strategy. You be influential in our approach to mergers and acquisitions and the integration of companies. The role is expected to establish and maintain a technical roadmap addressing the core ERP usage and integration to connected platforms in the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have a track record of leading successful projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, implement, and support business enterprise applications and activities related to SAP FI and CO, including configuring SAP and integrated third-party applications, and integrating SAP functional, technical development, solution expertise, and support capabilities of FICO globally.
- Design, build and deliver new solution extensions based on customer requirements and business needs. Drive integration with third-party connected systems supporting core finance and HR process.
- Work and advise on product and enhancement go live. Ensure testing and quality assurance (“QA”) are accounted for prior to production go live.
- Reconcile services and features to actual use across the enterprise. Encourage an SAP-first approach to resolving issues.
- Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility and supportability.
- Partner with product leadership and business owners to prioritize and execute on needs. This is inclusive of new solution investment(s) and configurations of the core ERP.
- Partner with SVP and Product to ensure the annual operating plan is aligned and transparent to key stakeholders.
- Drive delivery and ensure upon delivery support and monitoring are in place.
- Have a mix of hands-on capabilities, solid communication skills, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate, Masters or MBA with meaningful experience supporting and implementing ERP’s for global organizations.
- 6 plus years of SAP product consulting and systems integration.
- Have a good understanding of the SAP landscape and SKU management.
- Expertise in ABAP development with a very good understanding of SAP modules supporting finance.
- Able to create system specifications supported by a holistic implementation approach addressing quality, testing, and signoff.
- Interface development and integration using web services, API, and integrating with non-SAP solutions.
- Experience managing projects, working with engineers, and working within a global organization utilizing non-local resources to deliver.
- Good communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization. Experience gathering information on solutions, gaining buy-in, and moving things forward delivering value to end users.
- Experience with Concur, Blackline, Sidetrade, OCR tooling, and SAP Fiori a plus
- Global mindset and experience working with remote team members in different time zones.
- Ability to assess, manage and remediate technical risks and issues.
