The Department of Neurology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist with fellowship training in Movement Disorders to join our dynamic and expanding clinical and academic program.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical care for patients with movement disorders (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, tremor, chorea, and atypical parkinsonian syndromes)
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics and collaborate with neurosurgery, rehabilitation, psychiatry, and other specialties
• Teach and mentor neurology residents, fellows, and medical students
• Engage in clinical research, with protected time and support available
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and academic initiatives within the department

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency
• Fellowship training in Movement Disorders (required)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience
