We are looking for a senior consultant to drive the development of innovative service offerings and support the commercialization of connected services in a global environment.<br><br>This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working closely with international stakeholders.<br><br>🚀 Key Responsibilities<br><br>As a Senior Service Owner, you will:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Lead the development of scalable service contract concepts<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Conduct market analysis and develop business cases<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Define commercial models and pricing strategies<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Develop and improve monitoring processes for connected products<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Drive go-to-market activities and commercialization of digital services<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Create sales enablement and marketing material<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and international teams<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Drive continuous improvements and support successful market adoption<br><br>✅ Required Qualifications<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>10+ years of experience within Service Management, Business Development, or a similar field<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Strong experience in business development and strategic planning<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Proven experience developing business plans and business cases<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Experience with Service Contract Management and Service Lifecycle Management<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Experience with Digital Services and/or IoT solutions<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Experience with go-to-market strategies and commercialization<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Excellent communication skills in English<br><br>⭐ Preferred Qualifications<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Experience within aftermarket/service business<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Experience working with dealer or partner networks<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>Change management experience<br><br>🌟 Who You Are<br><br>You are a strategic and results-oriented professional who enjoys driving change and turning ideas into successful business solutions.
