THE JOB:

At Luxor, our lounges set the stage for unforgettable nights filled with music, energy, and exceptional service. As a Lounge Server, you will be at the heart of the action, providing top-tier beverage service in a vibrant lounge atmosphere. Whether guests are enjoying craft cocktails, live DJs, or an upscale lounge experience, your role is to elevate their night with personalized hospitality and seamless service.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.0487 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serve guests expertly crafted beverages while maintaining a fast-paced, engaging, and energetic presence.

• Guide guests through cocktail selections with knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and specialty drinks.

• Maintain a clean and organized lounge, ensuring tables, seating, and service stations are pristine.

• Restock bar supplies such as napkins, garnishes, and glassware while communicating additional needs to the team.

• Expedite drink orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Carry and balance trays with multiple beverages, moving fluidly between lounge areas.

• Work in a high-energy, music-driven atmosphere, including environments with DJs and live entertainment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail or Food Server in a similar environment

• Knowledgeable of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment

• Able to balance and carry a tray loaded with glassware
