Customer Service Rep II-Parts

Work with customers entering parts orders. Prepare all documents required for shipping and billing.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to correctly establish what the customer needs.Enter the customer`s part(s) order, ensuring its availability.
- Prepare all documents required for part shipment and billing.
- Know the parts list, pricing, and customer multipliers used by the group.
- Attend to emergency, after hour part orders, received from customers or service personnel in the field.
- Assist with work tasks scheduled outside regular work hours as directed by the Parts Supervisor.
- Assist with packaging and shipping as directed by the Parts Supervisor.
- Responsible for assisting the group in maintaining their work area.
Education/Certification:
- Prefer junior college or high school with some experience
Skills & Experience:
- Some technical knowledge will be helpful
- Minimum 6 months experience in house or equivalent with enough demonstrated knowledge of Toshiba equipment and spare parts to identify and ship all standard parts without assistance
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting, climbing, and bending will be required at times in order to assist with stocking, shipping, and participation in taking inventory
- Warehouse must be occasionally reorganized, or surplus stock moved
Work Environment:
- Exposure to all hazards present on construction sites; i.e. falling hazards, and unsafe temporary structures
- Lifting, climbing, and bending hazards
- Possibly dusty and non-climatically controlled conditions
