What You’ll Do

As directed by physician(s) and advanced practitioner(s), performs patient care activities, and provides related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of clinic patients.

Responsibilities:

Actively engages patient and family and assists in the education of the patient's plan of care

Efficient rooming of patients

Accurate recording of appropriate documentation in patient record and processing orders

Communicating pertinent data to physician/provider

Proper use and management of clinic equipment and supplies

Accurate utilization of standing orders

Appropriate utilization of hand hygiene and personal protective equipment

Perform other duties as assigned
