Customer SolutionsIn addition to the below, this role will act as a trusted advisor and senior specialist to BMO leadership, to help inform business decisions with a customer lens, leading the design delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders, influencing product roadmaps, delivering on business goals, and creating engaging customer experiences, advocate for the customer and champions an empathetic mindset with a focus on customer needs and expectations and consistently leverages data to drive design direction and support the definition of key customer metrics to inform decision making
Leads the design strategy and conceptualization of future-state digital experiences to inspire the organization and inform capability investments. Understands logical user flows focusing on interaction models, navigation and usage. Applies user-centered design processes to create satisfying and compelling experiences for users of a product. Collaborates with UX Research teams to create intuitive, user-friendly software by applying understanding of graphic design, programming and web technologies.
- Works with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management and user research.
- Chooses and implements the best design techniques and tests for usability.
- Understands the user and business needs and transforms them into a digital experience.
- Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do.

Salary:
$153,600.00 - $285,600.00Pay Type:
SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
