Position Summary The Employee Services Advisor is responsible for the resolution of cases where the Employee Services administrators are unable to resolve. This role will act as a point of escalation for queries from both members of the Employee Services team as well as People Advisor counterparts from other offices. This role will work as part of a team in a cross functional manner across HR Operations processes, procedures, and initiatives in providing guidance to the People Advisory function in the day-to-day operations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties listed below. These requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and ability required for the position.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end employee life processes particularly hiring, onboarding, transfers, secondments, leaving and simple data management updates using the HRIS system. Handles highly sensitive cases that requires deeper understanding of the process.
o Plan and organize activities needed for Onboarding and Hiring Processes.
o Review and release Employment Verification requests and secondment letters
o Process and reconcile payroll interface activities to ensure accutate and updated employee census and information prior to payroll processing.
o Oversee administration of Leaver Process, generate monthly exit feedback
