About the Role

The Baidu Global Business Unit is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Advertising Project Management Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns and projects while collaborating with creative, marketing, and strategy teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing advertising projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Campaign Support: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to support the execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance data, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
• Administrative Support: Help with documentation, meeting notes, project files, and other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
• Passion for advertising, marketing, and project management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly rate range: $25-$28, negotiable
